- Check-in time is after 3PM (unless pre-arranged).
- Check-out time is 11AM.
- Reservations guaranteed with a deposit of one night's stay (Mastercard, Visa, or Discover Card).
- Refunds given with seven day notice of cancellation (minus $10 service charge).
No refunds for less than seven days' notice unless rooms can be re-booked.
- Children over twelve welcome.
- No pets please.
- For the comfort of our guests, no smoking permitted.
